Directed by Japanese master of horror Takashi Shimizu, Shock Labyrinth 3D is based on the Haunted Hospital attraction in a Japanese theme park. It's the first Japanese movie to be shot in HD 3D.

The movie focusses on a  small group of friends who are spending the day at a theme park near the foot of Mount Fuji. The group  sneak into the haunted house attraction after closing time, and one of them mysteriously disappears only to unexpectedly return 10 years later.

She collapses and her friends take her to a local hospital which turns out to be deserted. THat's where the horror fun begins.
