The official Disney Christmas Carol website is presented in stunning Flash and has games, storyline, and general movie information.

The 3D version of the classic tale from Dickens - A Christmas Carol 3D has received mixed reviews since its release. Known as a childrens story, the movie has a dark menacing air at times and this  probably makes it unsuitable for very young ones - and it's this aspect of the story that seems to have set off most of the negative comments I've seen, as opposed to the 3D effects which offer an outstanding viewing experience. 'Immersion' is a word that's often used to hype up the 3D experience, but with A Christmas Carol 3D we've certainly got one movie where it can be honestly used.
The expertise with which the motion capture animations are delivered makes this movie one to be experienced, rather than just watched. For the few among us who do not know the background to the story, it follows the bitter old miser Scrooge through a night of personal transformation where he's shown the errors of his ways by three ghosts. The classic storyline is kept fairly close to the original, so there won't be any surprises for anyone who does know the full tale, but the graphics and overall quality are superb. There are a few creepy moments, such as an opening scene which sees Scrooge at the mortuary plucking coins from the dead eyes of his old partner Jacob Marley, and the ghosts are not to be taken lightly. There are more. These are the type of scenes which could have an impact on younger children. Caution is advised.
